ADP AdvancedMD And Iron Bridge Integration Partner To Facilitate Meaningful Use Reporting For Physicians Practices
ADP AdvancedMD, a leader in all-in-one, cloud electronic health records (EHR), practice management, medical scheduling, medical billing services as well as a pioneer of big data reporting and business intelligence for smaller medical practices, recently announced a new partnership with Iron Bridge Integration (IBI). IBI is a cloud-based healthcare interoperability company that facilitates physician practice reporting efforts for the purposes of Meaningful Use attestation related to immunization records.
CMS Meaningful Use guidelines outline five process tiers that must be met, over the course of Stage 1 and 2 attestations, to effectively transmit immunization records to state agencies. Required processes range from registering with the agency’s portal to submitting data electronically and participating in periodic quality assurance activities. ADP AdvancedMD’s clients will be able to use their EHR to leverage IBI’s prebuilt connections to 57 registries in 48 states.
“We are excited to be working with IBI to enhance our mission of helping the independent physician practice succeed. We are giving our physicians a best-in-class solution, without the need to connect and manage the complex state immunization registries themselves,” said Arman Samani, CTO at ADP AdvancedMD. “The partnership between ADP AdvancedMD and IBI addresses some key challenges facing small practices. The state-of-the-art IBI platform provides the most complete coverage available to ensure private practices have access to the registry needs of their patients within their respective states.”
"As a leader in the Public Health submission and integration space, Iron Bridge relies on forming long-lasting vendor partnerships,” said Brian Brandebura, COO and co-founder of Iron Bridge Integration. “ADP AdvancedMD is brimming with talented and dedicated team members that understand the challenges facing physicians. We truly value our new partnership and look forward to working with ADP AdvancedMD for years to come.”
This combined capability between the AdvancedMD EHR (Electronic Health Record) and IBI also meets the needs of the Meaningful Use 2 program measures relating to immunization reporting, electronic laboratory reporting, cancer reporting and syndromic health reporting to public health agencies. The integration of both products allows the user to stay within one system to achieve the goals of their practice.
